Perched 15 meters above the road and Casa Villa 1, This project is brand new and we have to say we are proud of the outcome. A large swath of Mango Forest was cleared for this project. The beauty in its layout and the privacy offered will be the ultimate memory sure to bring you back time and again. 

The graceful stairs leading up to the  400 square meter lot are part of the beauty of knowing that you have arrived.  Once at the top, the deck is graced with a large euro-tiled pool deck, a crystal blue swimming pool with waterfall features and a handmade  Mango tree Picnic table cut from its very location.   The professionally-designed lighting features throughout the property will make your night time presence unforgettable. Elegance delivered with a down to earth feel that will ensure your memories of the experience live on.

 Casa de Simone Villa 2 was built to specification offering 67 square meters of living space. There is an inside covered hallway (veranda)  that surrounds the unit for those unexpected rainy days as well as a cliffside balcony, with entry doors front and rear leading into the villa. A seven meter sloped ceiling with transom windows ensuring the natural light comes in to adorn the furnishings, while large picture windows shine throughout the living and bath areas. A special feature to the Casa villas is a glass walled bathroom with roll down blinds, adding depth and beauty to the space as a whole.

Configuration

Two California king sized beds with ultra luxury mattresses await, along with a fold-out sleeper sofa for the last minute guests or children. You will also find a dining table for 6-8 persons, a fully stocked non-cooking kitchen inside and a dirty kitchen for your cooking needs in the veranda, including a BBQ grill should you decide make use of our close and convenient wet market in downtown Bagac. 

Our uniquely designed bathroom has all that you would expect from a five star hotel, from toothbrushes to bathrobes for your comfort and convenience. 

Two Air conditioning units for your cooling needs and fans throughout.

Double glass sliding doors lead out to the Balcony with a covered seating area for your mountain view daytime or nighttime enjoyment.

The refrigerator is stocked with popular beers, water and wine. 

Anything else that you should need will be a phone call or text message away as your assigned daytime housekeeper is on duty to serve.
