In total you will experience approximately 360 square meters of private property for your personal comfort and enjoyment.

The villa itself is a 48 square meter American style studio apartment designed with glass sliding doors leading out to your slice of heaven. Windows adorn the unit and you will not have to worry about the neighbors as there are none to be seen. 

While entering the villa you will be met by a California King sized bed, a fold out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and dining area, wardrobe cabinet all highlighted by a glass walled spectacular bathroom fit for a king. Dual air conditioners and a 60" smart screen TV to compliment your quiet daytime and evening enjoyment. Quiet, modern and relaxing.

Unwind at our swimming pool, with surrounding deck, tables and lounge chairs. The view from the pool area are only of rice fields with surrounding mountain views. A great location to take your coffee and breakfast, or a few cold San Miguels while you cool off in the crystal clear pool.

Our Cliffside Resort is conveniently located just outside the heart of the city, just a walking distance away from Death March Mile Marker Zero (Philippine-Japanese Friendship Tower) making it easy to explore all the local attractions. Las Casa de Acuzar Bataan, a big draw for the community is only 2km's away where day tour operators and wedding planners are alway doing their magic. Visit the Mount Samat National Shrine Museum or visit other select 5 star establishments which also offer day tours and spectacular lunches. Our area also boasts Dunsulan Falls in Pilar, Pantingan Peak Hike in Bagac, La Jolla Luxury Beach Resort, Montemar Beach Resort and last but not least Rancho Bernardo which can be seen from our property just across the rice fields.
